i've noticed that i've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately and i can't figure out what to do about it. I'm not sure if it's from dieting, does eating too little make it hard to sleep?
ughh lately i'm awake all night and then i just want to sleep all day. the only way i can make myself sleep is with tylenol pm and i'm worried that i'm getting used to it... this is so frustrating!!
